Shipping Products and Shipping Costs

 The Gesoura Optics store ships orders to the address that customers indicate on the order form. It is necessary to enter the correct address, e-mail and phone number for communication with both the store and the courier service.

 The Gesoura Optics store bears no responsibility for any delays, failed deliveries, returns or costs that may result from wrong address or other shipping information.

 The order is usually shipped the next business day of placing the order (most likely the same day).

 So far, the Gesoura Optical store processes:

  1.  Shipments within Greece
  2.  Shipments to countries of the European Union and Switzerland.
  •  For orders OVER 65 euros (€) AND TOTAL WEIGHT UP TO 1 kg , regardless of the payment method, shipping is FREE .
  •  (*) ATTENTION: Free shipping does not apply to some limited special offers. When and where this applies, it is specified in the description of the product that is on special offer.

 For orders below 65 euros (€) the following applies:

 The delivery time of the parcel depends on the courier service and under normal conditions, it is 1-5 working days after it is sent. In remote areas and islands, delivery time may take up to 3-6 business days.

 As soon as the order is sent, the tracking number of the shipment (if available) is also sent by e-mail, so that it is possible to track the shipment of the package through the website of the courier that carries it.

 IMPORTANT: Pickup from the store (if you have selected it) is possible if you have previously received an SMS/email informing you that your order is ready. Your order will be waiting for you up to two (2) working days from the day of the notification.

 For collection from our store, of course, there is no cost.
