Return policy.

1. Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the product is damaged, damaged or if you received the wrong product. The communication should be done via email at or by phone at 2103219597. There we will agree on the best way to resolve the issue. In this case, any shipping costs that will arise from the return of the product and shipping again, they burden us. The return/shipping method will be the same as originally selected when placing the order.

 2. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or you have changed your mind, for a period of 14 calendar days from the date stated on the sales document, you have the right to return the product, without obligation to justify. Necessary conditions for the return are the following:

a. The product must be eligible for a refund (see exceptions in paragraph 6 below).

b. The product is in the same excellent condition as received, unused and without damage. Do not miss any of the items that come with it such as certificates of authenticity, labels, stickers, cases, and be in its original packaging.

Important clarification : In the case of glasses (sunglasses or eyeglasses) the special sticker should not have been removed BY NO MEANS, from the frame, if you are not absolutely sure that you are satisfied with the purchase. The return, unfortunately, can not be accepted in case of alteration of this sticker.

3. Before starting the return process you must contact us via email at or by phone at 2103219597. There you will be informed about the exact process.

4. The cost of returning the product in case of return is borne exclusively by the customer.

5. Immediately after receiving and checking the product from us, you will be informed by email about the acceptance of the return.


There is no possibility of return in the following cases:

  1. In products that are in special promotions and offers.
  2. In contact lenses.
  3. In products that have been specially ordered, after consultation with you.

After accepting the return from us, you can choose:

  • money return,
  • receiving credit for 12 months or
  • change the product with another.

In case of refund, it is completed by us in 3 to 4 working days. Remember that your bank and your credit card company need some time to process the refund so that it is visible to you.

In case of change with another product, the difference in value is regulated either by payment of the difference by the customer (in case of more expensive product) or by partial refund from us (in case of cheaper product).

In any case, the value of the return is the price of the product without shipping costs.

In case of change the shipping costs of the new product are covered by the customer.

The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made. In case of cash on delivery, you are required to inform us with one of your bank accounts (name of the beneficiary, bank, IBAN account), in order for us to deposit the amount.
